Course Description:

This course focuses on the "management" aspects of Project Delivery and its evaluation within all facets of the project development cycle. Participants will discuss and exchange views on the strategies and techniques used within the context of their own workplace environments.
EPG05 is not a toolbox course but rather, encourages participants to analyse each part of the project and develop ways to apply the principles discussed.
The delivery of the course will focus on application of principles focused on successful development of projects such as terms and conditions of contracts related to industrial projects, plant equipment, maintenance and life extensions. General topics include:
