Course Description:
|
Generators are an essential part of most power generation systems. Their reliability and integrity are crucial to the provision of reliable and high-quality electricity and grid support. This course explores the construction, operation and maintenance of synchronous and asynchronous generators. This course also explores condition monitoring techniques and maintenance strategies for generators.

This course provides an indepth as well as comprehensive view of various issues related to the operation, inspection, maintenance and trouble shooting of large generators.
