Entry into the Power Generation Skills Development programs is by direct application to one of the three partner universities. 

Below are the entry requirements from each partner University which applicants must satisfy.

Students who wish to enrol in a single course as professional development should contact each university directly.

Central Queensland University - Entry to the program   

  • Graduate Certificate in Power Generation
  •  Graduate Diploma in Power Generation
  •  Master of Engineering (Power Generation)

Queensland University of Technology - Entry to the program   

  • Graduate Certificate (Power Generation)*
  •  Master of Engineering (Power Generation)*

        * Subject to final approval by the University

The University of Queensland - Entry to the program   

  • Graduate Certificate in Engineering (Power Generation)
  •  Master of Engineering (Power Generation)


International students

Please note that the Power Generation Skills Development programs are currently available to Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents and New Zealand citizens only. Work is ongoing to make the Power Generation Skills Development programs available to international students.
